Form: a.k.a., grammar

The shape or form of the language.  Includes:–Phonology– Concerned with the study of phonemes, the smallest units in a language system(e.g., /p/)–Morphology– Concerned with the study of morphemes, the smallest units of meaning in a language.–Syntax– Concerned with the structure of sentences.  Specifically, word order and sentence organization

Use: Also known as pragmatics. 

The practical use of language; in what manner the language is used with others. •Example of a pragmatic rule: “In conversation, it is appropriate to take turns.”
